Todd Lab Herpetolgy and Wildlife Conservation

I am interested in understanding the factors that affect the persistence of wildlife species and populations and in understanding how wildlife respond to environmental change. Research in my lab has a conservation focus and is centered on the causes and remediation of wildlife declines. My taxonomic focus is on reptiles and amphibians, although I am more broadly interested in natural resource conservation as a whole.

Examples of projects in my lab include:

Ecology and Invasion Risk of Non-native Watersnakes in California

Habitat Selection, Space Use, and Factors Affecting Recruitment of Desert Tortoises in the Mojave National Preserve
